I’ve been playing around with using fabric flowers to embellish my old clothes. The tank is a basic gray from Target, and I made the flowers using this tutorial and fabric and fake pearls I bought at Joann. I haven’t tried washing it yet, so we’ll see how well it holds up in the washing machine. If all goes well, I might try selling some on Etsy!

Remember when (oh god, which members of head staff was it?) lipsynced to this at camp? Was Katie Greenbaum involved? Maybe with Millir and Anna?
This turned out looking so fucking Instagrammed, even though I did nothing to it. Really, I was down the shore and saw a the drummers of a high school marching band practicing on the beach, and wanted to get a photo without them realizing it, haha.
I had a gift card to The Tangled Web in Philadelphia, and finally (I’ve had it for almost a year!) I used it. I bought three skeins of Noro Kureyon for $9.50 each. The LYS that I used to love carried lots of Noro, and my new LYS carries nothing of the sort, so even though they didn’t have the Kureyon sock yarn I wanted, I was still quite the happy camper.
Heard this on the radio the other day.
I like most of it.
Except there’s this weird part where he auto-tunes his voice to reach the high notes and it sounds really shitty. (Basically around 2:15- 3:27 could be cut out and I would be happier) But other than that, I enjoy it. Catchy, happy, fun.
